A noodle soup in weeks or months for me? Without mustard greens and bamboo shoots, but with minced meat?

And recently my evening meal was not fresh lobster tails with salad in a olive oil and lemon juice dressing.

But it has been salad,

👍The Gentle Shower Gel - Organic Witch Hazel

I appreciated the gentle shower gel 

with organic witch hazel, a plant, Hamamelis Virginiana water, 

really very much.

For the most sensitive skin and for face and body. 

It "gently cleanses skin thanks to its sulfate-free, botanical cleansing base" and it "respects the pH balance of skin" and I had no problems. 

And it "immediately soothes skin thanks to its formula enriched" with organic with hazel 

and skin "feels incredibly comfortable" 

and, from my point of view, I liked the parfum, the fragrance of this organic witch hazel. 

And the producer adds: "Tested under dermatological supervision. Suitable from the age of 3".

And some lines later: "Soothing formula reduced to the essentials" 

and "94% ingredients from natural origin". 

And glycerin and citric acid and water are three of the ingredients. 

The others are cocamidopropyl betaine, sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, sodium lauryl sulfoacetate, parfum/fragrance, benzoic acid, sodium chloride, salicylic acid, sodium hydroxide, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate. 

No idea what most of them are. 

And it is very good that "recyclable bottle" contains "recycled plastic". 

But how much recycled plastic?

Girgentana goats, art and firework in Southern Sicily

 An evening and a night with the horns of Girgentana goats... I was yesterday in a farmhouse guided by a woman, Valeria Casuccio, at one of the breeders of this animal, Slow Food presidium. In Joppolo Giancaxio, near Raffadali, in the province of Agrigento, Southern Sicily.

Well, it was really very interesting. First of all the facts and the characteristics. This goat has long horns, it let Jupiter grow and it comes from another goat. If I remember well, from Afghanistan. The uses of this animal are "limited" to produce milk, which would be very similar to women's milk.  

Unfortunately for you my mobile phone was soon out of charge and so I only had the time to take some photos and to shoot some videos. Well, the pics are arriving sooner or later and more time for the video...

Gay men and the poem A Scammer by Jonathan Bracker

Seminars on the metaphysical poets... Have you ever read A Scammer by Jonathan Bracker? It is a "funny" poem that tells what a female middle-aged major does on a website for lonely older and very young men. She is not a spider or a staff sergeant of an American peace-keeping mission in Afghanistan, ready to come back to California. The beginning has a more broken style, while the end is more fluent and smooth. Excellent to learn words for an English learner!

And Jonathan Bracker is not only a poet, but also an amateur artist who draws male nudes from life. He is on the lookout of good models. He does not draw anyone and pays the model with his favourite - or favorite, if you like... - of the three pastel drawings in a relaxed informal session. And he sells his pastels of male nudes to art collectors at very low prices.

He has taught in colleges and universities in Texas, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and California, and on U.S. Navy ships at sea; his poems have appeared in The New Yorker, Poetry Northwest and in Writer's Digest.
